(Because of limitations on space, participating entries will be screened. The screening process will be carried out based on the entry materials submitted.)

Deadline for payment of exhibition fee

After entries have been submitted, the results of the screening process will be announced in early/mid-August. Selected participants will be sent a bill for the participation fee (PDF format, seal affixed) by email. The deadline for the payment of this fee is September 30st. After payment has been confirmed, we will proceed with the official exhibition.

Please also note that a separate fee in addition to the exhibition fee may be applicable to any other necessary equipment or logistical arrangements. More information on the setting up of the exhibition will be sent as soon as the participating exhibitors have been decided upon.

Exhibition planning
The layout and configuration of the exhibition will be reviewed.
The products that will be on sale will be reviewed.
Exhibitions will be planned and allocated to each of the participating stores and exhibition venues in a unique way.

In order for us to be able to pass on materials about exhibited work quickly to buyers and journalists, exhibitors are requested to prepare CD-Rs with product data, pamphlets, flyers, price lists and so on, if possible.

Mid- to late October
Installation of exhibition
Except for the main venue, which will be set up on October 29th (one day only).
The exhibition committee will provide basic lighting and a power source. Other requirements will be handled separately on request.
The exhibition committee will provide basic lighting and tables for use at the Market.
The setting up of the displays at the various exhibition venues will proceed.
