The core of the main site is going to be Tide Exhibition. 50 groups of designers and manufacturers from around the world will be exhibiting a wide variety of works, from installations to prototypes. Additionally this year, there will be a trade space named FROM, which will be focusing on eight particular brands. It will be a space of vast connectedness, on a scale that is bigger than the intermingling of individual designers and manufacturers.

This is a super-market in which designers will be opening their own shops. This project began last year, and it is a symbol of the unique qualities of DesignTide. This year it will be even more 'super,' having more shops than ever. It will be appealing for visitors to be able to ask about the concepts behind the items, directly from the people who designed them.
