Kenji Kawakami :Born in Nara prefercture, 1946. Enter into Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics Tokai University. In 1992, found Chindougu Society. Planning a lot of project and work as editer, product planner, sales promoter, event planner. "CHINDOGU"is more famous in many countries than even in Japan. Interviewed many times by BBC and other foregin media. and its concept is spreading all over the world.
